Plot

In 2030, humanity finds itself on the brink of destruction. Despite the fact that at some point the 12 largest countries and 7 factions (USA, Soviet Russia, Communist China, Israel, New World Order, Khalifa Liberation Army, and Asian Union) seemingly forget their differences and sign a fragile peace treaty, behind this unstable truce lies growing tension, and the specter of World War III ominously looms over the world.

A sudden attack on Israel becomes the spark that ignites a massive war: deception and sabotage by the New World Order fan the conflict to global proportions, while Soviet Russia together with the massive forces of the Khalifa Liberation Army (KLA) target Zion, and the United States finds itself drawn into fierce confrontation with Communist China and eastern armies.

As the leader of one of the factions, guide it through a world full of threats and conspiracies. Form alliances, strike at enemies, and make decisive strategic decisions — the fate of humanity depends on them. The battle for world domination has begun: the fate of the civilized world is in your hands. Command and conquer — or face complete annihilation. The choice is yours.

• Soviet Russia: Once a mighty empire, now a shadow of its former glory. Will you restore its fame and lead its resurgence on the world stage?

• Khalifa Liberation Army (KLA): Driven by ideology and zeal, KLA seeks to remake the world according to its vision. Can you use terror and scorched earth tactics to achieve ultimate victory?

• New World Order (World Illuminated Forum): A shadow organization possessing enormous power and influence. Will you command their covert operations to establish a new era of control using Oplan Pharmakeia and the fake climate crisis?

• Communist China: A rising superpower with enormous resources and a massive army. Can you leverage their strengths to dominate the world?

• United States of America: A bastion of democracy facing internal and external threats. Will you lead this superpower to defend freedom and democracy worldwide?

Mod History

Work on Project Alpha began back in 2005, and it was already eagerly anticipated among game fans, but the project was frozen for a long time until active work was resumed in 2024 by blitzwarm4st3r, also known as THE11thROCK.
