4 campaigns consisting of 28 missions: 8 each for GDI and Nod, 4 for Scrin (retelling the events of C&C3), and 8 that tell about the second, full-scale invasion of the alien army.

3 classic sides from Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge were also planned: Soviets, Allies, and Yuri, but since they received no changes and were not balanced relative to the other sides, they were apparently disabled from selection.
Advanced AI, many new maps and modifiers.
The mod uses ARES and the DTA launcher, which greatly expands its capabilities.
Later, the second part of this mod was released - Tiberium Crisis 2.
