Rebellion continues the story of Vengeance: after a fierce battle with Gargantua, you are left without weapons and seriously injured. Chaos surrounds you, enemies give you no time to recover, and your only goal ahead is to find the radio transmitter and take revenge on G-Man. The mod offers 47 new maps, new weapons, and sounds.

The story of Rebellion begins where Vengeance left off. You have won the battle against Gargantua, but the final fight has left you in such a state that even your own mother wouldn’t recognize you. You lost all your weapons during the fight and sustained severe injuries.
However, some scientists who stayed on the sidelines during your last battle arrive to give you first aid… but they don’t have time to help you. A squad of marines shows up and starts shooting at them, and one of the soldiers places explosives just a few meters away from you. The blast tears the ground apart, and you fall into the chasm it creates, losing consciousness…
Some time later-minutes or maybe hours-a voice wakes you. It takes a while to realize that the voice is coming from the built‑in communication system of your HEV suit. You’re completely disoriented and can barely make out what the voice is saying. A few words seem oddly familiar: death… life… and something about leaving your current location within a limited time…
You vaguely understand that you have 60 minutes to contact the person calling you before… something happens. Once again, you black out.
When you come to, your wounds ache and your head throbs, but you’ve already lost precious minutes. You must find a radio transmitter before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, one thought haunts you: to find G‑Man and make him pay for everything he’s done to you and your colleagues. But before you can find him, you have to survive…
Not too hard, right? After all, you have some experience in this matter. And one thought keeps you going: your REBELLION is about to begin…
