GEM Red — a graphics mod for Heroes of Might & Magic V that updates models and visual elements. It combines the aesthetics of classic Heroes with the author's interpretation in the spirit of Nival's games, maintaining a semi-cartoonish style and does not affect gameplay or online play.

The mod does not change the game's text, interface, or voice acting. It is compatible with all language versions.
GEM Red reimagines the game's visual appearance, focusing on Nival studio's design approach in their later projects, such as Allods Online (2009), King's Bounty: Legions (2011), and Prime World (2012), allowing one to imagine what Heroes VI or a Heroes V remake might have looked like if created by Nival. The mod replaces numerous models and environmental elements, adjusting scale and shapes so they look harmonious in the Heroes V world and match the capabilities of the graphics engine.
