The mod adds new campaigns, including reworked versions of "Peace and War," as well as a custom map campaign. Despite significant changes, the mod retains the core mechanics of Stronghold 2, supplementing them with fresh visual and audio effects.
Join the Third Crusade, which went awry - without a king. Ally with the Sultanate and defeat the infidels. Lay siege to war-torn Europe. Play through the historical campaign. And, of course, build a strong economy centered around a majestic castle or a cozy estate, and keep the population happy in harsh conditions. The desert will present many unexpected challenges.
