Diablo Tchernobog is a fan-made overhaul of the original Diablo that not only improves the graphics but also restores cut content familiar to many from Diablo II. The game adds "yellow" gems, new items, belts, a crafting system, new quests, a personal stash, town teleportation, elite bosses, quick weapon switching, and much more.

Graphics and Interface
The atmosphere remains the same — dark dungeons filled with demons and undead. However, the game now supports high resolution, which is especially important for modern monitors. The original resolution was 640×480, which looks poor on a 24-inch screen. The mod fixes this — visually, the game looks much better.
The interface has also been redesigned. Damage numbers, experience, and other useful data are now displayed (these options can be disabled). Health and mana bars have been redrawn, inventory and character windows improved, and a DPS metric (for regular attacks) added. Trading now resembles Diablo II — with a full graphical buy/sell window.
Monsters and Bosses
Monsters are stronger, and bosses are more challenging with an expanded arsenal of abilities. A new difficulty, Tournament, has been added, as well as support for the command $PLAYER X (where X is from 1 to 10), which strengthens enemies and increases rewards.
Items
The game includes new item effects — for example, mana and health regeneration. Added:
"Yellow" rare items
Belts with extra potion slots
Sets that grant bonuses when the full set is worn
Crafting system — items can be disassembled and new ones created
Spells and Skills
Each class now has 5 unique skills. The first is available at level 1, and the rest unlock as you level up (at levels 8, 16, 24, and 32). They remain useful even in late-game.
The number of magic schools has increased to six, with new spells added.

NPCs and Environment
NPCs now move around Tristram and interact with each other — the town feels "alive."
Added Gheed — a wandering trader offering rare goods at high prices and buying items at low prices.

Waypoint system introduced
Save system redesigned (like in Diablo II)
Some quests modified or moved to separate zones
Shrine effects are now temporary and shown on-screen

Add Tchernobog.exe to Windows Firewall exceptions (the game uses UDP).
Find your local IP using the ipconfig command in cmd.exe.
Forward port 18887 to your local IP in your router settings.
Find your external IP (for example, via a site like whatismyip.com).
Create a multiplayer game and give the IP to your friend.
They enter your IP, connect — done!
