FlatOut 2 In-Game DB Editor - a plugin that allows you to modify the game database in FlatOut 2 in real time.

Make sure you have the old version 1.2 of the game installed, as this is the only version this plugin is compatible with (exe file size 2990080 bytes).
Copy the files to the game folder.
Launch the game and press F5 in the game to open the editor menu.
