The Counter-Life mod is a single-player modification for Half-Life that integrates elements from Counter-Strike. Instead of traditional weapon and ammunition collecting, players gather money which can then be spent on purchasing weapons, ammunition, and health through special terminals that replace health kits and HEV stations. The weapon ballistics are completely faithful to the original - recoil and bullet spread are identical to CS.
