With the exception of a few cases (which will be updated), all castles are designed based on historical blueprints, reconstructions, and other documentation to recreate them as accurately as possible within the limitations of available space and in-game economy.
Please note that these AIVs were created with the Unofficial Crusader Patch in mind. If you encounter issues such as the AI economy failing to develop or towers not being properly manned, be sure to install the patch and check if the problem persists. This pack also includes an AIC configuration that requires the patcher, enabling the AI to launch larger attacks and improving its overall economic performance.
The screenshots showcase in-game examples for each character—featuring one AIV castle paired with the plans of its real-world counterpart, along with a complete list of each character’s castles (including names and corresponding AIV files) for reference.
