BLOODLINES EXTREME is a mod for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines that significantly increases the game's difficulty. Enemies are strengthened, rewards and resources are reduced, and the economy and skill balance have been reworked. The mod is aimed at experienced players seeking more hardcore gameplay without new storylines and quests.

Run BE_install.exe and follow the instructions
(Optional) You can configure some parameters and/or install additional packages located in the mod folder. Install Anaconda and Nosferatu only if you're going to choose that clan, and Hunter if you choose that class.

Also requires that after installing the mod you start a new game; continuing an old one may cause problems.
