Total Destruction is one of the oldest mods for Red Alert 2 (started in 2002). Adds more starting money, hundreds of units and buildings, expanded settings, more units at the start of the game, and disables building destruction for 30 seconds.

How to install a mod Total Destruction
Unzip the archive and move its contents to the game's root directory
Launch the game through TotalDestruction.exe
