The plugin complements some other mods by this author, such as FlatOut UC Time Trial Ghosts, allowing flexible configuration directly during gameplay by pressing the F5 key. For example, hiding the game interface; disabling automatic reset if you drive far beyond the track boundaries; enabling free camera; and much more.
How to install a mod FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage Tweaker
Make sure you have the Steam GFWL version of the game installed, as this is the only version compatible with this mod. (exe file size 4242504 bytes)
If you have the Steam version of the game, open the game properties, go to the "Betas" tab and select the required one. After that, you can close the window — Steam will automatically download the appropriate old version.
Copy the files to the game folder, press F5 in-game to open the menu.
