Uncapped Handicap AI - a mod that reworks the handicap system file of FlatOut Ultimate Carnage so that bots become faster and don't play easy with you if you fall behind them.
Localizations:
Language Independent
The mod does not change the game's text, interface, or voice acting. It is compatible with all language versions.
Unpack and place the .bfs mod file in the root directory of the game.
Then open the filesystem file with a text editor and add a line with the name of the .bfs mod file under the last entry. Save the file.
Play!
You can delete the line with the added .bfs file to restore the game to its original state.
