Restored Neural NPCs is a large-scale graphics addon for Half-Life and Blue Shift, in which NPC models have been improved using neural network upscaling. It makes character textures sharper and more detailed while preserving the original game style.
Localizations:
Language Independent
The addon does not change the text, interface, or voice acting of the game or related projects. It is compatible with all language versions.
Go to the folder where Half-Life: Blue Shift is located (for example Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\bshift).
Delete all contents of the bshift\models folder.
Move the addon's valve and bshift folders to the game's root directory.
