Half-Life: Rally is perhaps the most unusual mod for Half-Life, which takes Half-Life to a completely new level — now instead of weapons, the main tool becomes a car and the ability to outrace competitors. The goal is simple: be the first to cross the finish line using speed, tactics, and strategy.

Half-Life: Rally offers an economy system: after each race you earn credits that can be spent on car upgrades, buying new vehicles, or trading with other players. This adds depth and a strategic element: it's important not only to drive fast, but also to wisely invest in your car.

Various game modes are available:

  • Point A to Point B races (AB-tracks): Classic rally mode where the goal is to get from one point on the map to another. Tracks can include both dirt and paved sections.

  • Circuit tracks (RC-tracks): Racing for a certain number of laps on a closed track. Reverse tracks are also available for variety.

  • GT modes: Racing in sports cars on roads and tracks. This mode focuses on high-speed racing and requires precise control.

  • Time-Trial mode and others: Time is your main opponent. The task is to complete the track as fast as possible, competing with your own results or against time. Other modes with time limits and additional conditions are also available.

Online you can create a profile, save statistics, and manage a garage with your cars. Games with computer opponents are also available — they are configured to provide a worthy challenge even for experienced racers.
