Half-Life: Ultimate Attack Remod is an updated version of the classic 2004 mod created by Pavel Davydov. The remod fixes numerous bugs from the original, improves stability, and expands the game with new content.

The player has access to one campaign with an additional Black Operations storyline. In the main story, you play as David Johnson — a Black Ops operative sent to Black Mesa to eliminate survivors. In the Black Operations episodes, you play as an agent tasked with eliminating scientist Gallagher, but the mission spirals out of control and leads to a confrontation with Adrian Shephard and the mysterious G-Man.

The mod adds allied and hostile assassins, NPCs and weapons from Opposing Force, and introduces a red HUD and night vision. HD packs are supported. The mod is built on the Half-Life Featureful SDK.

The gameplay focuses on fast-paced gunfights and linear progression with a large number of allies and intense combat, including skirmishes with Race X. Despite some rough edges — such as a weak knife, questionable environmental moments, and a lack of music — the mod delivers energetic action and good combat variety.
