Pumpkin Patch is an add-on for HoMM3 and the Horn of the Abyss mod that introduces balance changes, adds new heroes, artifacts, and quality-of-life improvements. The addon expands strategic options, offers more variety in gameplay, and includes a launcher for fine-tuning all features.

Features
New HexSwapper launcher for editing game settings and quickly enabling/disabling features.
Balance changes to spells and abilities, including adjustments to secondary skills: improved accuracy, damage, health, and experience.
Strategy improvements for the Inferno faction and others, as well as new artifact combinations, including Armageddon's Blade.
New heroes: Athe, Gwenneth, Winstan, Archibald, Zenith, replacing standard heroes on random maps (can be disabled via HexSwapper).
New portraits and visual updates: Gardens of Revelation, Hill Forts, Ivory Towers, Pirate Caverns, Ruins, Trees of Knowledge.
Expanded adventure map capabilities and new object variants for different terrain types.
Artifact and spell updates: for example, Death Ripple no longer affects undead creatures, and Bloodlust is now considered a mind spell.
Multiplayer
Pumpkin Patch supports play through the online lobby, however participation in ranked matches is currently prohibited by HD lobby rules and may result in bans or penalties. Starting from version 1.4.3, an anti-cheat system has been implemented that allows multiplayer play only when all players have matching enabled game features (skins are not considered).
How to install an addon Pumpkin Patch
Run the installer, select the folder with the installed Horn of the Abyss mod
Wait for the mod installation to complete (progress is not displayed, but it is proceeding)
The Pumpkin Patch settings window will open
Play!
In the future, launch the game through HexSwapper.exe if you want to change the settings.
