Tiberium Resurrection is a total conversion for Tiberian Sun that adds a new campaign about the struggle for control over the Mutants, accompanied by original cutscenes, pixel art, and voice acting. The mod includes new units, reworked balance, improved versions of old maps, and completely new locations for campaign, skirmish, and multiplayer.

At the moment, almost all lead developers have left the project, and those who remained had planned to release a new mod — Tiberium Metamorphosis, which was supposed to become the spiritual successor to TR, but these plans fell through, and now the developers have focused on Tiberium Resurrection, specifically on adding a new story campaign.
