Project Phantom is a total conversion mod for Yuri's Revenge set in its own alternative universe. The mod adds new factions, unique technologies, revamped combat systems, and an original storyline in a world after a global cataclysm.

Run the installer and follow its instructions, specifying the folder with the installed game as the installation location (game's root directory)
Go to the Project Phantom folder and launch the game through PPLauncher.exe
