The Ironman mod builds upon many core mechanics from The Hell 2, introducing a host of improvements and refinements. Most of these enhancements are tailored specifically for multiplayer and the dedicated Ironman mode.
Localizations:
The mod is localized into 1 language

Download the Diablo Ironman mod installer.
Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. Install the mod to any folder you prefer.
After installation, locate the DIABDAT.MPQ file in your original Diablo folder.
Move DIABDAT.MPQ to the folder where the mod was installed.
Launch the mod using Ironman.exe.
Play and enjoy!
