Disciples 2 Motlin Mod

Motlin Mod is primarily focused on quality PvP balance without distorting the spirit of the original. The mod comprehensively reworks key game systems: creature characteristics, spell costs and mechanics, economy, leader development, items and skills. At the same time, it preserves the core features of each race and their role in the game, with balance tuned to increase the depth and fairness of multiplayer battles.

At the heart of the modification lies an original creature rating system that evaluates the actual combat threat of a unit based on its parameters (damage, health, etc.). This allows for proper balance both within factions and between them.

Great attention has been paid to visual diversity: new landscape objects, ruins, merchants, and environmental elements have been added, making it easier to create diverse and balanced maps.

The mod's concept is built on the principle that a significant part of balance depends on map design. Therefore, the mod develops a wide range of mechanics — from leader development trees and leveling dynamics to healing and resurrection costs. Map templates with moderate content have also been prepared for different match formats: from duels to 3-4 player games.
