Make sure you have game version 1.2 installed, as this is the only version compatible with this plugin (exe file size — 2,990,080 bytes).
Copy the files to the game folder.
You can edit the text file FlatOut2CarLimitAdjuster_gcp.toml to change settings to your liking.
