FlatOut Language File Tools — a simple editor for .dat language files from the FlatOut series.

(You don’t need to download anything extra to play in these languages)
This pack consists of two programs: the first extracts all text strings from FlatOut / FlatOut 2 / Ultimate Carnage files and exports them to a LUA file, while the second assembles the language files back from the LUA file.
Both programs allow you to not only modify strings, but also add new ones.
