Independent Dwelling Upgrades
Dwellings can now be upgraded independently of each other. Units of levels 1-6 can be upgraded a third time, and level 7 units can be upgraded a fourth time, which is considered a "level 8 upgrade".
Note: Right-clicking on the town hall does not disable the town destruction function. However, when it is not in use, the standard text will not be displayed. It will "return" if you build a capitol or destroy the fort - then the standard text will appear after clicking the "OK" button. If you completely destroy the town, the new building will also be destroyed.
Creature Upgrades
Each new dwelling is now presented with a specific name in the town hall menu.

Creature Specialization
Heroes specializing in creatures have the following scaling characteristics: Attack/Defense: +1 to attack/defense for every 7 hero levels Damage: Hero level: value depending on creature level Health: 9%+1*Hero level
This bonus is added to creatures only in combat! The regular Heroes 3 mechanics (+1 to speed and +Att/Def after every x-level) still work and are displayed directly on your creature on the hero screen. You'll find this scale much fairer than the broken WoG script where every creature ended up with +50 Att/Def after sufficient hero levels. If you don't like this script, you can simply delete the ERM files "Creature Specialisation Third Upgrade Mod" and "81 wog - disable options" in the Data/s folder.
Necromancy
Thanks to amethyst, what has been requested for so long is now possible — Necromancy is compatible with Third Upgrades Mod. Necromancy is now adapted and works as follows:
Basic Necromancy: resurrection of Skeletons Advanced Necromancy: resurrection of Skeleton Warriors Expert Necromancy: resurrection of Skeleton Knights
The Cloak of the Undead King has also been made compatible with Third Upgrades Mod and Necromancy:
Basic Necromancy: resurrection of Ghouls Advanced Necromancy: resurrection of Wraiths Expert Necromancy: resurrection of Lich Kings
Additional Units
Additional units can now be obtained in the game. To do this, 2 conditions must be met: build a dwelling of the same level as the creature itself (for example, to build a Treehouse, you need to build Enchanting Spring), and also build an exclusive building for each faction. To get an upgraded version of an additional unit, you need to build a building that allows for third upgrades.
