HanPatch fixes bugs in version 1.87 Public Build 2.0 and also introduces several experimental changes. Although the patch was initially more focused on bug fixes and balance improvements, over time it has also implemented new mechanics that organically fit into the original ROTR.

HanPatch includes:

  • Exclusive units and buildings with new, high-quality models by M.P

  • Complete overhaul of ECA Deployment Zone Battlegroups — with unique veteran textures, new cameos, and two exclusive battle groups

  • GLA mechanic allowing players to purchase Recycler salvage from factions they're fighting against, providing an alternative and stable access to salvage technologies

  • Fully automated USA Emergency Power system, replacing the manually activated ability

In addition to extensive balance changes, the developers haven't forgotten about the more casual audience, adding several fun easter eggs — including the Sherman tank, King Tiger, Smerch, and Gongchen tank. A separate add-on is required to use these units.

Gentool is required to remove the black bar at the bottom of the screen.
