A Russification mod for Rise of the Reds that translates all in-game text, enables Cyrillic writing in the in-game chat, translates "YOU HAVE BEEN DEFEATED", "YOU ARE VICTORIOUS", "GAME OVER" screens, and adds a separate launcher with buttons in Russian.

(You don’t need to download anything extra to play in these languages)
With the Russification mod installed, you can continue playing in multiplayer mode, it doesn't affect hotkeys, and doesn't change the voice acting.
There is a dedicated launcher with Russian buttons, so the English version will remain available even after installing the localization.
