The End of Days is a large-scale mod for Generals Zero Hour that adds a full-fledged Russian faction, updates USA, China and GLA with new units, buildings and upgrades. It emphasizes realism, introduces a specialization system for all sides and significantly reworks the balance.

The main feature of The End of Days is its focus on realism. Each army receives equipment as close as possible to real prototypes: modern fighters, attack helicopters, armored vehicles, MLRS, air defense, tactical missile systems and heavy artillery. The USA has F-35s, modern aviation platforms and drones; Russia has powerful helicopters and a diverse lineup of armored vehicles; China relies on missile systems and fire support; GLA receives updated units with emphasis on asymmetric warfare methods.
The mod introduces a specialization system that affects army building and access to special upgrades, making factions tactically deeper. At the same time, models, effects, animations, sounds and overall visual quality have been improved.
The End of Days is one of the best mods for Zero Hour that respects the original while boldly reimagining it thanks to its content volume, "modern Generals" feel, high-quality models, spectacular effects, improved AI and atmosphere of realistic modern combat.
