CineCam is a mod for FlatOut 2 that adds a cinematic camera to the game: smooth camera movement, smoothed mouse look controls, FOV adjustment with hotkeys for zooming in/out, and much more.

The mod was created to improve the race replay mode and help everyone create higher-quality, smoother videos.
Controls:
F4 — open the free camera menu
Num 2, 4, 6, 8 — navigate the open menu. Num 5 — select
G — zoom in camera
V — zoom out camera
Hold Shift — faster camera movement
Hold Ctrl — slower camera movement
On first launch, a CineCam.ini text configuration file will be created in the game folder, allowing you to flexibly customize the mod.

How to install a mod CineCam
Download the ZPatch FO2 mod and move the winmm.dll file from its archive to the game's root directory.
Move the CineCam.asi file to the game's root directory.
Done.
F4 key opens the mod's menu.
