BLOODLINES EXTREME is a mod for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines that significantly increases the game's difficulty. Bloodlines Extreme represents a comprehensive enhancement focused on increasing difficulty and improving gameplay. It is compatible with Unofficial Patch Plus and includes diverse changes and additions aimed at improving visual presentation, game mechanics, and interaction with the environment.
