OpenRA is an open-source engine that recreates classic RTS games from the Command & Conquer series and Dune 2000. It rewrites the original engine from scratch, supports modern operating systems, online multiplayer, improved graphics and modifications, but requires the original game files for full functionality.

VtM: The Final Nights is a mod for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines that reimagines the original game. It adds 7 clans, 5 disciplines, new quests, characters, and music. A blood timer has been introduced, the humanity and skill systems have been changed, and the difficulty and depth of roleplay have been increased.

Tiberian Revenge: Kane's Root Canal Mod Base is a mod for Yuri's Revenge that ports Tiberian Sun and Firestorm to a modern engine with Ares and Phobos support. Allows playing campaigns, skirmishes, and multiplayer while staying true to the original and serving as a convenient base for creating mods in the Tiberian Sun universe.

Shift-Two is an action-oriented mod for Half-Life 1 that continues the tradition of classic fan projects. Players find themselves in new locations where the focus is on action: frequent firefights and intense battles against HECU soldiers and aliens with no long breaks for rest.

They Hunger: Rebuild is a mod aimed at completely rebuilding the original They Hunger, gradually expanding old locations and adding new content.
