First, make sure Visual Studio 2019 is installed.
Then extract the .zip file into any folder, just make sure its name is shorter than 48 characters. Otherwise, the game may crash on launch.

Afraid of Monsters: Dark Assistance is a cooperative version of the cult horror mod for Half-Life. You play as drug addict David Leatherhoff, who battles hallucinations and monsters in his own distorted mind. The mod offers both cooperative and single-player gameplay, improved graphics, new weapons, and redesigned maps.
