Heroes of Might and Magic (HoMM) is a cult turn-based strategy game first released in 1995 by 3DO. The game immersed players in a fantasy world where they controlled heroes, gathered armies, explored maps, and fought opponents. The combination of tactical battles, exploration, and resource management made it one of the most popular strategies of its time.
Gameplay was based on turn-by-turn map exploration, hero development, resource gathering, and tactical battles on a separate combat field. Each game offered diverse factions, unique units, and magical spells, providing depth and replayability.
