BLOODLINES EXTREME is a mod for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines that significantly increases the game's difficulty. Enemies are strengthened, rewards and resources are reduced, and the economy and skill balance have been reworked. The mod is aimed at experienced players seeking more hardcore gameplay without new storylines and quests.
