Which version of FO2 is this mod compatible with? Because I have version 1.2, but I install it and nothing shows up in the game.
I just checked, it works on both the latest Steam version and on 1.2.
Did you write the line in filesystem correctly and save it? It should look roughly like this, with SingleRaceOptions_v2.bfs at the very bottom:
And when do you press the Del key? You need to first select the race type, for example Forest, and then press that key.
My filesystem file just says:
fo2a.bfs
fo2b.bfs
fo2c.bfs
And I added at the end:
SingleRaceOptions_v2.bfs
Pressing Del only changes the best lap times tab (obviously local) of the selected race.

Yes, you were right, I checked on an even older version of the game. This mod doesn't work there.
But I found a way to make it work. You just need to write this line not in the filesystem, but in the patch file (not to be confused with patch1.bfs). Then the mod works.
